Where your captured jobs land today
Every call RevenuePack answers becomes a structured record — caller name, callback number, the job in their words, address, and urgency — delivered three ways at once: an email alert to your inbox, a push alert to your phone if you have enabled the Lead Pager, and a permanent entry in your portal ledger with the recording and transcript.
Nothing needs to be installed for any of that. The sections below are only about pushing those records onward into scheduling software automatically.
Platform notes, verified July 2026
Jobber, Workiz, ServiceM8, FieldPulse, Service Fusion, and GorillaDesk all offer official automation hooks (Zapier) that can create a client, lead, or job from incoming data. ServiceTitan exposes the same through its integration once a tenant admin approves.
Housecall Pro is the honest asterisk: its full API (which can create jobs and drops leads into a dedicated API Leads inbox) is available only on the MAX plan. On other plans, automation can create a customer record but not a job.
Kickserv currently has no Zapier integration and gates its API to the Premium plan.
Plan gates and features above were checked against each vendor's official documentation in July 2026 — they change, so tell us what you run and we will confirm the current path for your exact plan.
The hand-off, live today
RevenuePack can fire every captured job to a webhook the moment the call ends — customer name, callback number, the job, the address, and urgency, in clean JSON, cryptographically signed so your endpoint can verify it came from us.
Point it at a Zapier or Make catch hook and map the fields into any scheduler above in one sitting. Tell us where to aim it — reply to your welcome email or open a support request — and we will enable it with you and watch the first live hand-off land together.
Direct connections into specific schedulers are built alongside founding customers so each one is tested against a real shop, not a demo account. Run one of these platforms? Say so when you start your pilot.
