RevenuePack · The Indiana 1 A.M. Test

The honor roll

Every business below had a real person on its advertised line in the middle of the night — exactly what its website promises. Each name links to the recording and word-for-word transcript of the call.

Answered at 1 a.m. — Indianapolis, July 21

Answered at 1 a.m. — statewide, July 22

Businesses that didn't answer appear in the counts above by trade and market only. Each received its own private result the next morning. This index doesn't name them — the point is the pattern, not the pillory.

Method

Every company selected advertises 24/7 or 24-hour emergency availability on its own website (verbatim claim and URL on record). Verified business landlines only — mobile and VoIP numbers were excluded before dialing. One call per company, ever. Calls placed 12:45–1:16 a.m. ET by an AI voice agent that identifies what happened: human, voicemail, automated menu, or no answer. Disclosure: RevenuePack sells an AI receptionist built on the same technology that made these calls — this audit is our point made in public, and the companies that answered get the credit.
