The proof you can dial
Call it right now. Hear what your callers would hear.
We have no testimonials. We have a phone number. Give the agent a hard, real service call—a dead furnace at 9 pm, a garage door stuck open, a schedule that makes no sense—and hear what it captures. If a robot can’t survive you, it doesn’t deserve your overflow.
Three ways in, same robot: dial it, talk to it straight from this page, or type your number and it calls you.
Demonstration only. This line cannot dispatch service, contact a real provider, or confirm an appointment. Do not use it for an actual service need or emergency.
Uses your microphone. Nothing is dialed.
Or type your number — she calls you
Watch the 1 a.m. burst-water-heater call, start to page-out
A live, unscripted call on the real system — our founder plays the caller; the shop name is a demo. The AI answers, walks him to the water shutoff, captures name, number, address, and the job, and pages it to the owner. Captions on, so listen or just watch.
The product, in plain English
Your backup front desk for the calls your team cannot take.
RevenuePack is a managed AI answering service for plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers, cleaners, landscapers, and other local service teams. It doesn’t replace your people or your number. It answers the calls they can’t take and turns each one into a job you can call back.

Find your trade
The stakes read differently depending on what you fix.
A flooded basement, a dead AC in a heat wave, a stripped roof after a storm—same missed call, different job walking out the door. Pick your trade for the numbers and the calls that actually apply to you.
The real problem
The caller with a live emergency dials the next company, not your voicemail.
The need is live. Your team is busy. The numbers on what happens next are not ours—they are the industry’s, and they are worse than the excuses.

How setup works
We build the call system with you. You approve it before customers hear it.
We do the setup with you. You approve everything before a live customer ever hears it.

- 01
Share your website
We use the public information already there to draft services, contact details, source excerpts, and likely caller questions. The agent keeps re-reading your site on its own, so its facts stay current without a phone call to us.
- 02
Review the draft
You see what the system understood and where it still needs a human decision. Nothing is silently invented.
- 03
Set the call rules
Together we define hours, coverage, exclusions, safety language, and what the agent may—and may not—promise.
- 04
Forward with one code
One conditional-forwarding code on your existing line—we give you the exact code for your carrier—routes only missed calls. Undoing it is one code too.
Useful after the call
After every qualified call, you can see what happened and what happens next.
RevenuePack turns the conversation into a consistent job record. During the managed pilot, we review calls and outcomes with you so missed demand becomes measurable instead of anecdotal.

Put a price on doing nothing
What does doing nothing cost?
For most trades one recovered job pays for the month, and the spread is wide: a $340 plumbing call, a $1,205 HVAC repair, a $9,605 roof replacement (HomeAdvisor and Housecall Pro cost data, 2025–2026). That is revenue, not margin. For the trades whose average job runs below $249—appliance repair, lawn care, house cleaning—it is the big-ticket and recurring work that clears the fee, and we say so on those pages instead of pretending one average visit does it.
For scale: managed AI answering built for the trades runs $449 a month for 500 minutes (Sameday AI, gosameday.com, checked July 2026), and a human answering service starts around $250 a month for 50 minutes (Ruby, ruby.com, checked July 2026). RevenuePack is $249 with 550 minutes—10% more than the $449 plan—answering from your own approved facts.
Pick your trade above for the honest math, or use your own call volume, close rate, and average ticket below. We will use actual pilot outcomes—not made-up industry averages or demo activity—to judge results.

From the owner
I ran a contracting company. This is the receptionist I needed back then.
I’m Adam Ferree. I started Henry County Construction in 2014, and I know what a ringing phone costs when your hands are full — and what it costs when nobody picks up.
RevenuePack is the fix I wanted: it answers, gets the job details, and hands the call back to you. No sales team, no office — the demo line does the selling. The guarantee is written into the terms. Hold us to it.
Don’t take my word for it. The pitch is a phone number: (765) 200-9397.

Add-ons · priced at carrier cost
Three add-ons. You pay what the carrier charges us, to the penny.
$249 covers everything we built. The three things below cost real money at the phone-carrier layer, so they pass through at cost—we make nothing on them. Say yes during setup, or any time later with one email; they land on the same monthly invoice.
Texting
$20/monthWhat it includes
A missed caller who does not pick up our callback gets one text from your business—sorry we missed you, here is who is on it. Booked jobs get a confirmation text. That is the entire list. No marketing blasts, no conversations by text, ever.
Carriers require a one-time business-texting registration (between $19 and $60, passed through) and take two to three weeks to approve it. We file the paperwork.
Verified number
$10/monthWhy verification matters
When an unverified line calls your missed caller back, their screen can say “Spam Likely.” Nobody answers Spam Likely. Verification registers your RevenuePack line with the carriers, the label goes away, and the callback gets picked up.
One-time $10 filing fee, passed through. Carrier approval takes one to two weeks.
Branded caller ID
10¢/outbound callHow branded calls appear
Your business name on their screen instead of ten digits—up to 32 characters on T-Mobile and AT&T, 15 on Verizon. A callback from “Smith Plumbing” gets answered. A callback from a number gets screened.
Works best paired with the verified number. Same one-to-two week carrier approval.
- Emergency calls can ring straight through to your cell, announced to you before they connect.
- When a missed caller does not answer our callback, it leaves a voicemail in your business’s name.
- The agent re-reads your website on its own, so a price change on your site does not require a phone call to us.
Objections, answered

What is RevenuePack, exactly?
RevenuePack answers the calls you choose to send it — missed, overflow, or after-hours. The AI speaks from facts you approved, finds out what the caller needs, and sends your team a job record: who called, what they need, how urgent, where. You call back and win the job.
How does a call reach RevenuePack?
You keep your existing business number. We help you set one conditional-forwarding code on your line—we give you the exact code for your carrier—so your team always gets the first ring. RevenuePack handles only the unanswered or after-hours calls covered by the rules you approve.
What exactly does the $249 include?
Hands-on setup, one owner-approved intake agent and call flow, one RevenuePack phone line, 550 AI call minutes each month, the structured job ledger, scheduled call-and-revenue review, and the miss-a-call guarantee. Additional AI call time is $0.30 per minute. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. Everything lands in your own portal—calls, recordings, outcomes, usage—and you can preview it before you buy. The optional add-ons—texting, the verified number, branded caller ID—are billed separately at carrier cost, listed plainly in the add-ons section above.
How are you cheaper than the $449 services?
We run lean on purpose. No sales team, no office — the demo line does the selling, and setup is done for you. The comparison prices on this page are dated and sourced so you can check them yourself.
What is the guarantee, precisely?
Any month of active service where RevenuePack fails to answer a call that your line forwarded to it under the routing rules and covered hours we agreed, that month's $249 base fee is refunded or credited on request. Usage stays at cost. You keep every transcript and call record regardless. It does not cover months before you go live, forwarding that was not set up as agreed, or service suspended for non-payment — the exact wording is in the terms, on purpose.
How do I cancel?
From the link on your Stripe receipt, or one email to adam@revenuepack.com. No phone call, no retention script. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
My customers won't talk to a robot.
Some won't. They hang up, and you still get the missed-call record with their number—which is more than voicemail was giving you. What most people hate is the menu tree, not a conversation that actually takes their details. Don't take my word for it: call the demo line and be your own worst customer.
Why not leave missed calls to voicemail?
Because callers don't use it. Fewer than 3 in 100 callers pushed to voicemail leave a message (Invoca, 2024). RevenuePack answers, captures what happened, how urgent it is, where service is needed, and how to reach the caller—a structured callback instead of an audio inbox to decode.
Will it replace my current number?
No. Forwarding or overflow routing introduces it, and your exact call path is reviewed with you before anything changes. Undoing it is one code on the same keypad.
What happens with emergencies?
You define the safety language, escalation boundaries, and after-hours behavior. The agent does not diagnose an emergency or invent availability, and the rules are reviewed before it handles live callers. If you want urgent calls to skip intake entirely, we can set the agent to bridge them straight to your cell—it tells you who is calling and what broke before it connects the caller. That option is part of the $249.
Does RevenuePack confirm appointments?
Not on its own. The agent captures a requested day or time window, but it tells the caller that your team must confirm availability and the next step. With the texting add-on, once you confirm a job, the customer gets a confirmation text—that is the one kind of scheduling message we send.
Will my customers see “Spam Likely” when it calls them back?
They might. Carriers put that label on unverified business lines, and it kills callbacks—nobody answers Spam Likely. The fix is the verified-number add-on: $10 a month plus a one-time $10 filing, passed through at carrier cost, with one to two weeks of carrier approval. Pair it with branded caller ID (10 cents an outbound call, also at cost) and their screen shows your business name instead of ten digits. Registrations are filed under your business identity—you give us the details once, we handle the filings.
Can it text my customers?
With the texting add-on—$20 a month, at carrier cost—exactly two texts exist: a sorry-we-missed-you text to a caller our callback could not reach, and an appointment confirmation after you confirm a job. It never sends marketing texts and never carries on a conversation by text. Carriers require a one-time business-texting registration that takes two to three weeks; we file the paperwork.
How do you count recovered revenue?
Call value can be estimated for planning, but it is never presented as earned revenue. During the hands-on pilot, we review outcomes with you and record confirmed revenue only when you report a won job and its actual value.
Who am I actually buying from?
A one-person company. That is not a slogan; it is the operating model. You deal with the person who built the system — no account managers, no ticket queue. Pilots onboard one at a time because of it.
The next missed call is already dialing
