The revenue package for local service businesses · $99/month

Your whole front office, for $99 a month.

Customers reach a service business by phone, website chat, a booking page, a contact form and email. RevenuePack answers all of them in your name, captures the request, books the job, sends the confirmations and reminders, follows up, and puts every lead in one inbox. Built from your website and switched on with you. The AI receptionist is one part of it, not the product.

$99/ month

The whole Pack. Nothing is an add-on. Month to month.

  • Phone, website chat, booking page, lead form and email: every way a customer reaches you, answered and captured
  • Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups sent to your customers for you
  • One lead inbox with follow-up, a bookings page and a weekly report in plain counts
  • Jobber, Housecall Pro, Workiz and Zapier hand-offs, plus the iOS app
Written guaranteeIf the receptionist misses a covered forwarded call, that month’s base fee is credited to your next month.

Try it before you buy: ask the chat in the corner of this page, book a time on our demo booking page, or call the live receptionist at (765) 200-9397.

What’s in the Pack

One price. Every way a customer reaches you, and everything that happens next.

Revenue grows three ways: more demand coming in, more of it converted, and more from every customer over time. The Pack is the front office and the marketing department for a service business, and it covers all three. An answering service handles one channel; a booking tool, a chat widget, a form, a CRM and a reminder app each cost their own subscription, and the lead still falls between them. RevenuePack is the whole set for $99 a month, built and switched on with you, and it grows without the price changing.

  1. LiveYour website

No site, or one nobody updates? We host a complete, indexable website built from your facts: services, area, hours, a service-area map, a written intro and FAQ, customer quotes, your booking page, chat, lead form and a hiring page with an application form. Booking confirmations carry a calendar file. It updates itself when your settings change.

  2. LivePhone receptionist

One component, not the product: answers missed, overflow and after-hours calls in your name from rules you approve. Your number stays, your team rings first. 250 connected minutes a month included.

  3. LiveWebsite chat with call and text buttons

One script tag. Answers from your own facts and your FAQ notes, knows when you are open, collects name, number and job, and hands the visitor to the same inbox.

  4. LiveLead form

A hosted form and API that turn “contact us” into a delivered lead instead of an unread email.

  5. LiveMissed-call text-back

A text from your own line to a caller you just missed. Never marketing; carrier registration in your name.

  6. LiveAppointment booking and an online booking page

Real open times inside the hours, notice and buffer you set, offered by the receptionist, the chat and a hosted booking page customers can use themselves. Confirmation right away with calendar links, a reminder the day before, self-service cancel, and a Bookings page where you confirm, complete or cancel.

  7. LiveLead inbox and follow-up

Every call, chat, form, booking and email in one queue with recording or transcript, a callback ladder, Lead Pager push, email, webhook, Zapier and a one-click CSV export.

  8. LiveWeekly report and morning digest

What came in, how fast it was answered, what was booked and won. Counts, not guesses. Turn on a short summary of yesterday every morning if you want it.

  9. LiveReactivation campaigns and a monthly newsletter

Bring your past customers back: import your customer list or add the jobs you marked won, approve a seasonal, maintenance or we-miss-you email drafted from your own services, and it goes out signed by you with an unsubscribe link. Turn on a monthly newsletter draft and approve it in one click. Replies land in your inbox.

  10. LiveSocial posts, written and pictured

Three ready-to-post updates every Monday: captions in your voice from your services and the season, each with a picture made for it. Copy, save, post to Facebook, Instagram or your Google profile.

  11. LiveOnline estimates

Publish your own price ranges and your site shows them: a from-price on every service and an estimate page where a customer picks the job, sees the range, and sends the details. You confirm the quote.

  12. LiveReview replies

Paste any review, get a reply in your voice to post: thankful when it is good, calm and specific when it is not, never arguing, never promising refunds.

  13. LiveQuotes, acceptance, deposits and final payment

Write a quote from your price guide in a minute. The customer gets a PDF and a link, accepts by typing their name, pays the deposit, and when the job is done pays the balance on the same link. Money goes straight to your own Stripe account (or your payment link). We take no cut; you hear at every step.

  14. LiveDoor hangers, flyers and replies written for you

After a job, print door hangers for the street and a flyer for the counter, built from your services, ranges and a QR code, with your own headline and offer. For every lead that writes in, a reply in your voice is one click away; you send it. Send a pay link for work that never had a quote.

  15. LiveYour own domain

Own a domain? Point it at us and your hosted site answers there with its own certificate, search engines are told it is the real address, and the RevenuePack address keeps working too. One DNS record; we do the rest.

  16. LiveService pages, town pages and a visits report

Every service you list and every town you serve gets its own page on your site, built from the same true facts, so search engines have somewhere to send people. You see page views by page and by source (search, QR, social) with no cookies and no tracking of people.

  17. LiveMaintenance plans and memberships

Write a plan (what is included, the price, monthly or yearly). It shows on your website; customers join on a secure Stripe page and the subscription bills your own account on schedule. Members and failed payments are listed for you. Recurring revenue before the phone rings.

  18. LiveWork gallery and monthly articles

Add photos of finished jobs from your phone; we resize them, strip the location data and put them on your site. Around the 8th of each month a short, practical article for your town is drafted from your facts; you read it and publish it, and search engines see a site that is alive.

  19. LiveSpanish edition of your site

One switch publishes your site in Spanish, translated from your approved copy, with search engines told both versions exist. A whole set of customers who could not read your old site now can.

  20. LiveWebsite watch

We load your own website every 15 minutes. If it goes down you hear within the hour, and again the moment it is back. Your booking page, chat and form keep working regardless.

  21. LiveWeather-timed nudges

When the seven-day forecast for your area is about to create work, a heat wave, a hard freeze, a downpour, the first frost, you get one email with the campaign to send and a one-click draft. Weather data by Open-Meteo.

  22. LivePrint and share kit

QR codes for your booking page, website, review link, estimate page and hiring page, ready for invoices, door hangers, yard signs and the truck.

  23. NextGoogle Business Profile

Posts for your Google profile, drafted for your approval.

  24. LiveIntegrations

Jobber, Housecall Pro and Workiz through a signed webhook, plus Zapier.

  25. LiveCustomer messages

An acknowledgment the moment a request comes in, one follow-up if a contacted lead goes quiet for three days, and one review request the day after you mark a job won. Replies come to you.

  26. LiveEmail to lead

Forward your contact inbox to your RevenuePack address and every email a person writes becomes a lead in the same queue, with bounces, receipts and newsletters filtered out.

  27. LiveFAQ notes for every assistant

Write your answers once in the portal. The phone receptionist and the website chat both use them and neither contradicts you.

  28. LiveSpeed to lead

A website, chat or email request that includes a phone number gets a call back from your receptionist within minutes, during your covered hours, briefed on what they asked for. The first business to call usually wins the job.

  29. LiveRepeat work and referrals

After a job is won: a referral link for the customer's neighbors five days later, and a service reminder three, six or twelve months later that books the check-up on your booking page.

The proof is live, not a testimonial

Hands full. Every channel still answered.

Three components of the Pack are running on this page right now. Give them a hard service request before you trust them with one of yours: ask the chat in the corner, book a time on the demo booking page, or call the receptionist.

The whole decision

Know exactly what you’re buying.

No demo maze, sales call, setup fee, or long-term contract.

Is this just an AI answering service?

No. The AI phone receptionist is one component. RevenuePack is the package a small service business would otherwise assemble from five subscriptions: the phone answered, website chat, an online booking page, a lead form, an email-to-lead address, missed-call text-back, customer confirmations and reminders, one lead inbox with follow-up, a bookings page, a weekly report and the integrations. All of it is built from your website, approved by you, and included in the one $99 price.

Do I keep my current business number?

Yes. Your team keeps the first ring. RevenuePack answers only the missed, overflow, or after-hours calls you choose to forward.

What happens after a call, chat, booking or email?

Every one becomes a lead record with the customer’s name, number or email, service need, address, urgency and timing, plus the recording or transcript. You get it by email and Lead Pager push, and it lands in one inbox where the follow-up ladder, the customer messages and the CSV export all live. Bookings also appear on your Bookings page and calendar feed.

What does $99 include?

The whole Pack: the AI phone receptionist with 250 connected minutes a month, website chat with Call, Text and Book buttons, the online booking page with confirmations and reminders, the lead form, email to lead, missed-call text-back, customer messages sent on your behalf, the lead inbox with follow-up automation and CSV export, a bookings page, FAQ notes, the weekly report with an optional morning digest, and the integrations. Additional connected phone minutes are $0.30 each. Nothing is an add-on.

What if RevenuePack misses a call?

If RevenuePack fails to answer a covered call your line forwarded correctly, that month’s $99 base fee is credited to your next month. The full terms define the coverage boundary.

Can it book appointments?

Yes, when you turn it on. In your portal you set the days and hours you take jobs, the appointment length, and how much notice you need; the receptionist and the website chat then offer real open times, and customers can also book themselves on your hosted booking page. Each booking gets a confirmation with calendar links, a reminder the day before, and a private link to cancel; you confirm, complete or cancel from the Bookings page. Leave it off and every request is captured for your callback.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No setup fee and no long-term contract. It is month to month, and you can cancel from the link on your Stripe receipt or by emailing us.
