The portal home shows the calls and opportunities associated with your business only. Estimated opportunity value is planning context; recovered revenue appears only after you confirm a won job and its actual value.

The usage meter counts connected AI call time. Complete includes 500 minutes per billing period. A Preview Pass includes 60 minutes across its 30-day window.

Calls and outcomes

  1. Open Calls to review the caller, service need, summary, transcript, and recording when available.
  2. Update the opportunity outcome to contacted, booked, won, lost, or spam.
  3. For a won job, enter the confirmed amount. RevenuePack never converts an estimate into claimed revenue on its own.

Settings

Settings lets you correct business-facing details and notification destinations. Changes to live call behavior may require a review before they are published.

Portal links are signed and business-scoped. If a link expires, request a fresh one instead of forwarding an old link.
