What the Lead Pager is
When RevenuePack answers a call and captures a job, the Lead Pager pushes it straight to your phone's lock screen — name, number, and what they need — the moment the call ends. It is included with your service.
There is nothing to install from an app store and no SMS involved: it uses your phone's built-in web push. Android enrolls straight from the browser; iPhone adds the pager to the Home Screen first (that is Apple's requirement for push, and it takes about 30 seconds).
Set it up on iPhone
- Open your portal and go to the Lead Pager page (Portal → Lead Pager).
- Tap the Share button in Safari (the square with the arrow).
- Tap “Add to Home Screen,” then “Add.”
- Open Lead Pager from your Home Screen and press “Turn on alerts,” then Allow.
Set it up on Android
- Open your portal and go to the Lead Pager page (Portal → Lead Pager).
- Press “Turn on alerts” and choose Allow. That's it — no Home Screen step needed.
How your alerts fit together
Email alerts are always on and always included — every captured job lands in your inbox with the transcript and recording attached.
The Lead Pager is the core phone channel: instant, free, and independent of your carrier. Enroll as many phones as your crew needs.
Prefer text messages anyway? An SMS add-on (billed at carrier cost, like extra minutes) is rolling out — email support@revenuepack.com and we'll set you up as it lands.
