When call artifacts appear, how long they are kept, and what to do when one is incomplete.

After a call

A call record appears first. Analysis, summary, transcript, and recording can arrive moments later because providers deliver those stages separately.

Recordings are archived when a signed provider URL is available. A transcript may contain recognition errors; use the recording and caller details when a word materially affects follow-up.

Report a missing artifact

Send the call time, caller number's last four digits, and the missing item. Do not paste sensitive caller details into public chat.
