What conditional forwarding does

Your public number stays exactly where it is. Your carrier forwards only the unanswered or configured after-hours calls to the RevenuePack line.

RevenuePack provides the exact carrier code during setup. Test both an answered call and an unanswered call before considering the route live.

If forwarding is not working

  1. Confirm the forwarding code was entered from the same line that receives customer calls.
  2. Place a test call from a different phone and allow your normal ring window to finish.
  3. Check whether your carrier, PBX, or call-tracking provider overrides device-level forwarding.
  4. Send support the carrier name, business number, approximate test time, and what the caller heard. Never include a portal token or card number.
