The agent must not diagnose a problem, invent pricing or availability, claim an appointment is confirmed, or represent an estimate as a won job.

Requesting a correction

Use the support form with the exact fact that is wrong, the correct replacement, and whether the change is urgent. Customer-visible operating changes are reviewed before publishing.
