A schematic walkthrough with Wix's real menu names — the written manual below has every word.
Your snippet
<script>window.RP_BOT_SLUG="your-business";</script> <script src="https://revenuepack.com/rp-widget.js" defer></script>
This sample uses your-business as the ID — your real one (with your own ID filled in) is in your welcome email and in your dashboard's Script tab. Copy it from there.
The manual — every click

First, a quick honesty check
Wix only allows custom code on a published site with your own domain connected — in practice, that means a paid plan. If you're on the free plan, the Custom Code option will be locked or push you to upgrade first. If you already pay for Wix and your site is live, you're all set; keep going.
- 2
Open your site's dashboard
wix.com → My Sites → your site
Log in at wix.com and pick your site. You want the dashboard — the page with the menu down the left side — not the drag-and-drop editor.
- 3
Find Custom Code
Settings → Development & integrations → Custom Code
In the left menu, click Settings, then look for Custom Code — currently under the Development & integrations section (older dashboards filed it under Advanced). If you don't spot it, type "custom code" into the search bar at the top of the dashboard and it'll take you straight there.
- 4
Paste your snippet
Custom Code → + Add Custom Code
Click + Add Custom Code. Paste
your snippet (below)into the code box, and name it something you'll recognize later, like "RevenuePack chat". - 5
Set where it loads, then Apply
Add Code to Pages: All pages → Place Code in: Body - end → Apply
Under "Add Code to Pages", choose All pages (load code once). Under "Place Code in", choose Body - end. Click Apply — that's the whole install.

See it on your live site
Open your website in a new tab. You usually don't need to republish — dashboard code applies to your live site on its own. Give it a few seconds and refresh (or use a private window); if the bubble still doesn't show, open the Editor and click Publish once, then check again.
Did it work? · 30 seconds
Open your website in a fresh tab (or on your phone). Give it a few seconds — the chat bubble appears in the bottom-right corner. Tap it and ask a question a real customer would ask — if it answers, you're live.
If something's off
›I don't see Custom Code anywhere in Settings.
Two usual causes: you're on the free plan (Wix requires a published site with a connected domain — in practice a paid plan — and on free sites the Custom Code option shows up locked or pushes you to upgrade), or it's hiding — type "custom code" into the dashboard search bar at the top. Upgrading and connecting your domain unlocks it.
›I pasted the code but there's no chat bubble.
Open Custom Code again and check three things: the code is set to All pages, placed in Body - end, and you clicked Apply. Then view your site in a private/incognito window — your browser may be showing you a cached copy. Still nothing? Open the Editor and click Publish once, then check again.
›Wix is asking me about Velo or dev mode.
You've wandered into the site Editor. Close it and go back to the dashboard at wix.com — the snippet goes in Settings → Custom Code, not the Editor's code panel. No dev mode needed.
›The bubble shows on some pages but not others.
The code was added to specific pages only. In Custom Code, click the three dots next to your snippet, choose Edit, and switch it to All pages.
