This page is the messaging-program disclosure for text messages sent by RevenuePack (ECI Studio). It explains exactly what we text, to whom, how you opt in, and how you opt out. Our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.

SMS program description

RevenuePack sends two kinds of text messages. First, account and service messages to the business owner or account holder who subscribes — for example: new-customer alerts, new-chat notifications, missed-call and voicemail notifications, booking confirmations for your own calendar, and important service notices. Second, on the subscribing business's behalf, a small set of customer-facing texts sent only to customers who have just contacted that business: a one-time text-back when the business misses a call (so the caller isn't left hanging), and appointment-confirmation texts for bookings the customer requested. RevenuePack does not send marketing or promotional text messages, and never texts anyone who hasn't first contacted the business — no cold texts, ever.

Opt-in

You opt in by providing your mobile number during signup or in your account settings and enabling text alerts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency, rates & opt-out

Message frequency varies with your call and lead volume.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. You can also turn off text alerts in your account settings or by emailing us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, any third party. Sharing with service providers strictly necessary to deliver messages (for example, our telephony provider) is limited to that purpose. All other categories of data handling are described in our Privacy Policy.

Customer-facing texts sent on your behalf

Missed-call text-backs and appointment-confirmation texts go only to customers who have just called or requested a booking from your business, and you are the sender of them: you must obtain any consent required from your customers, honor their opt-outs promptly (customers can reply STOP to any message), and comply with applicable messaging and calling laws (including the TCPA and carrier requirements), as set out in our Terms of Service.
