This sample uses your-business as the ID — your real one (with your own ID filled in) is in your welcome email and in your dashboard's Script tab. Copy it from there.

Open your site in the Weebly editor
weebly.com → Edit Site
Log in at weebly.com and click Edit Site on the site you want chat on. If you log in through Square, go to the Online section of your Square dashboard and open your site from there — a classic Weebly site lands in this same editor. If the editor looks different and says Square Online, see the troubleshooting note below.

Go to Settings, then SEO
Settings → SEO
In the editor's top menu, click Settings. Then click SEO in the left sidebar.

Find the Footer Code box
Settings → SEO → Footer Code
Scroll down the SEO page to the box labeled Footer Code. Anything in this box loads on every page of your site — exactly what we want.

Paste your snippet
Click into the Footer Code box and paste
your snippet (below)on its own line. If there's already code in the box, paste yours below it — don't delete anything that's there. - 5
Save, then Publish
Save → Publish
Click Save on the SEO settings page (Weebly won't keep the code without it), then click Publish in the top-right of the editor. Weebly only pushes changes to your live site when you Publish — this is the step people miss.

See it live
Open your website in a new private or incognito tab. Within a few seconds the chat bubble appears in the bottom-right corner. Send it a quick hello and watch it answer.

Open your site in a private/incognito tab. Within a few seconds the RevenuePack chat bubble appears in the bottom-right corner of every page. Tap it and send "hi" — if it replies in a couple of seconds, you're live.
If something's off
›No chat bubble after I pasted the code
Nine times out of ten: you saved but didn't Publish. Click Publish in the top-right of the editor, then check again in a private/incognito tab so your browser isn't showing an old copy of the page.
›I can't find Settings → SEO → Footer Code
Use the per-page route instead: in the editor's Build panel, drag the Embed Code element onto your page (near the bottom is fine), click it, choose Edit Custom HTML, and paste YOUR-SNIPPET. Note: this shows chat only on pages where you add the element.
›My editor says Square Online, not Weebly
Square Online is a different editor with no site-wide Footer Code box — code goes in per page. Open the page in the editor, click +Add → Section → Embed code, paste YOUR-SNIPPET, then Publish. Heads-up: this feature needs the Square Online Plus or Premium plan; on the free plan it isn't available. If that sounds like a maze, give us access and we'll place it for you — on Square Online that's done by adding us as a team member with website permissions in your Square dashboard, not through Weebly's Editors screen.
›The snippet shows up as plain text on my page
It was pasted into a regular Text element, which displays code instead of running it. Delete it there, then paste into Settings → SEO → Footer Code (or an Embed Code element) — those treat it as code, not words.
›Chat shows on some pages but not others
You likely used the per-page Embed Code element. Move the snippet to Settings → SEO → Footer Code so it loads site-wide, then Publish again.
