How the pay works

Commission only, and residual: you're paid 40% of every client invoice, every month, for as long as the client stays — about $200/month per active client. The rate steps up permanently as your book grows: 45% at 5 active clients, 50% at 10. It never steps back down, and we never claw back a residual — it only stops if the client leaves.

Paid monthly by direct deposit (Stripe), automatically. Uncapped. Zero fees to you, ever — we never charge reps anything.

This is a 1099 independent-contractor role, commission-only — no base, no draw, no benefits. If you don't sell, you don't earn. Your own hours, your own patch. Sales experience helps; honesty and hustle matter more.
